Greetings Blogophiles! Once again it is almost time to wave your tentacles in the air like you just don’t care and give a many-armed salute to our cephalopod friends. You guessed it…International Cephalopod Awareness Days is coming soon! October 8th through the 12th, a celebration of octopuses, squid, cuttlefish, nautiloids, and all the other wonderful mollusks that have their feet (technically arms) near their heads. Already giant squid (Architeuthis dux) are washing themselves ashore in anticipation. What? You were not aware of this celebration?
